Old Video Filter Tool

I built this little tool to give your videos that dusty, old-school look, like something you found on a forgotten VHS tape.

What it does:

• Adds overlays like dust and scratches

• Simulates old CRT screen effects

• Optional lens distortion and vintage-style audio filters

• Converts your video to 24 / 30 / 60 FPS

You choose a video, pick your settings, and hit convert. The tool does the rest and saves the result in the output folder.

There's also a preview mode if you just want to test it on the first 5 seconds.

No installation needed, just run the EXE. It works offline, and it’s made to be simple.
